Canadian Dollar And Business Outlook.

The Canadian dollar was stronger Wednesday morning, rebounding after Tuesday's declines, in choppy trade.

With a lack of fresh data to drive the currency markets, the Canadian dollar saw some technically based strength, said analysts. A generally weaker tone in the US currency accounted for some of the Canadian dollar gains.

The Canadian dollar dropped sharply on Tuesday in reaction to the Bank of Canada's interest rate announcement. While the accompanying statement was seen as dovish, analysts thought the resulting declines in the currency may have been overdone.
