Winnipeg Oct 24 RNI, Oct 24, 2005 (Resource News International via COMTEX) -- Winnipeg Commodity Exchange (WCE) grain and oilseed futures closed Monday's session mixed with canola narrowly mixed as burdensome canola supplies in the cash market were balanced off by the late rally in the Chicago Board of Trade soy complex, brokers said.
Canola closed mixed in moderate to heavy activity. Intermonth spreading accounted for much of the volume as the Nov/Jan spread traded at C$9.60 to $11.50, Nov/Mar at $8.50 to $9.00, Nov/May at $28.00, Nov/July at $36.00, Nov05/Nov06 at $42.00 to $45.20, Jan/Mar at $8.00 to $8.70 and Jan/May at $16.00 to $17.20.
