Winnipeg Mar 28-RNI, Mar 28, 2007 (Resource News International via COMTEX) -- Canola futures at the Winnipeg Commodity Exchange finished the week ended Mar 28th mixed with the old crop lower and the new crop higher. Old crop futures were pressured by sluggish export demand as transportation problems getting canola to the west coast of Canada have made exporters reluctant to make fresh sales. The new crop posted small gains on the firm tone in Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) soy complex futures and ideas that canola acres may not expand as much in 2007, analysts said.
