WINNIPEG, MB, Aug 31, 2007 (Resource News International via COMTEX) -- William Hill has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of WCE Holdings Inc., by Intercontinental Exchange Inc., or ICE, a release from the ICE/WCE said Friday.
Hill was the former senior vice president of WCE Holdings and replaces WCE Holdings President and CEO Mike Gagne who retired upon the completion of ICE's acquisition of WCE Holdings.
Linda Cox-Vincent, was named General Counsel and Vice President of Market Regulation, Doug Betz was named Vice President of Information Technology and Carol Kos was appointed Director of Accounting and Controller.
