WINNIPEG, MB, Mar 07, 2008 (Resource News International via COMTEX) -- Brandon's industrial waste-water treatment facility will be upgraded which in turn will allow Maple Leaf Foods to expand its hog slaughtering and processing operations, increase provincial hog-processing capacity, and better prepare the province to respond to potential trade action including country of origin labelling, Manitoba Premier Gary Doer said Friday.
