The Security Industry Association (SIA), Alexandria, Va., building on the formation of its new Systems Integration Industry Group (SIIG), announced the formation of a new membership designation: Systems Integrators. Participants in this new group consist of integration products and service providers, integration firms and end users.
"Many of the leading companies involved in security systems integration have identified that their specific needs are currently not being met head on," said Richard Chace, SIA executive director.
