SANTIAGO, Chile, November 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Compania de Telecomunicaciones de Chile S.A. ("Telefonica CTC Chile" or the "Company") (NYSE: CTC) today announced the reference yields and the early maximum tender offer considerations for its previously announced Maximum Tender Offer. The reference yields were determined at 2:00 p.m. EST today. The early maximum tender offer consideration for the 7.625% Notes due 2006 is US$1,064.23 per US$1,000 principal amount, and the early maximum tender offer consideration for the 8.375% Notes due 2006 is US$1,053.56 per US$1,000 principal amount, based on the respective reference yields plus the respective fixed spreads as set forth in the table below.
