The NetBoss system is the centerpiece of a new Network Management Centre (NMC) commissioned in late 2004 by JT, which offers fixed-line telephony, Internet access, ISDN, ADSL, leased line, frame relay, and videoconferencing services to business, residential customers, and telecom operators.
