Nissan Announces New Leadership Team.

TOKYO, Japan, February 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Nissan Motor Co. Ltd., today announced its new leadership team and executive structure, beginning with the start of fiscal year 2005. The new structure includes the position of chief operating officer (COO) as well as changes to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
Headed by Nissan President and Chief Executive Officer Carlos Ghosn, the new leadership team will be responsible for the implementation of the NISSAN Value-Up business plan, details of which will be given at the presentation of fiscal year 2004 results in April.
