ProLogis Announces Build-to-Suit in China and Lease in Poland for L'Oreal.

SHANGHAI, China and WARSAW, Poland, April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities and services, today announced that it is developing a build-to-suit distribution facility in Suzhou, China and has leased distribution space in Warsaw, Poland to L'Oreal for a total of 329,540 square feet (30,615 m2). L'Oreal, based in France, is the world's largest cosmetics company.
