ProLogis Announces Three First-Quarter Transactions in the United Kingdom Totaling 865,000 Square Feet.

LONDON, April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities and services, announced today that it will develop two facilities in the United Kingdom totaling 715,000 square feet (66,425 m2), in addition to leasing the last available distribution facility at ProLogis Park Daventry at Apex Park, totaling 150,000 square feet (13,935 m2).
ProLogis will develop a 350,000 square-foot (32,515 m2) distribution facility, pre-leased to Honda Logistics UK, at ProLogis South Marston Park, located in the town of Swindon, approximately 60 miles (100 km) west of London on the M4 motorway.
