PARIS, France, April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Valeo (OTC: VLEEY) today announced the appointment of Luc Bleriot as Chief Operating Officer and AndrA[c] Gold as Group Technical Senior Vice President. At the same time Robert de La Serve was appointed Senior Vice President for the Valeo Service Activity. Bleriot, Gold and de La Serve all report to Thierry Morin, Chairman & CEO.
The creation of the role of Chief Operating Officer will encourage transversal synergies across the twelve Industrial Branches of Valeo and facilitate the development of the Group's Domain strategy aimed at developing solutions for vehicles that are safer, more comfortable and with reduced fuel consumption and pollutant emissions.
