Greenlight Launches Click Fraud Service.

LONDON, May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Search engine marketing agency, Greenlight, has launched a Click Fraud service to deter people who have no intention of buying, from clicking on sponsored links that lead to advertisers having to pay for false leads to their websites.
The service which is aimed at companies that advertise on search engines, works by monitoring user's IP addresses to identify where the clicks come from. If unusual or irregular behaviour patterns are recognised, a pop-up box appears on the user's screen asking them if they need assistance. It then notifies users that their activity is visible and if it continues then appropriate action can be taken.
