ProLogis Enters Munich With Development of Area's First Logistics Park.

- Third-Party Logistics Providers Spedicam and Steinle to Lease 194,130 Square Feet -
ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities and services, today announced that it has begun development of the first facility at ProLogis Park Munich, the Munich metropolitan area's first logistics park. Spedicam GmbH and Steinle Logistics Solutions ("Steinle"), two Germany-based third-party logistics providers, will lease 84,885 square feet (7,886 m2) and 109,240 square feet (10,149 m2), respectively, in the park's first facility.
