Tricell's Facilities Management Division Secures Material Distribution Contracts That Are Expected to Boost Profitability.

STAFFORDSHIRE, England, September 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Following board level negotiations during the second quarter 2005, Tricell Distribution, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Tricell, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: TCLL), successfully executed two distribution contracts. Pursuant to the contracts, Tricell Distribution's Facility Management Division will distribute mobile telephones and accessories to end users. All mobile telephones sold include airtime packages. Tricell Distribution was awarded these contracts due to the combined experience and pro-active approach of Tricell's management team.
