Peak Entertainment Announces Licensing Agreement With Future Publishing Ltd.

- Companies to Incorporate "Muffin the Mule(TM)" Characters with Future's Premier News Stand Publishing Program
Peak Entertainment Holdings Inc., (OTC BB: PKEH), a fully integrated multimedia company dedicated to quality children's television entertainment, character licensing and consumer products, announced today an agreement with Future Publishing Ltd to license comics on the UK news stand based on Muffin the Mule.
The agreement will see Future Publishing launch an estimated 100,000 comics with a cover-mounted promotional Muffin the Mule toy every three weeks for a two year term, beginning in October 2005.
