Peak Entertainment Holdings Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: PKEH), a fully integrated multimedia company dedicated to quality children's television entertainment, character licensing and consumer products, announced a licensing agreement with Character Options UK Ltd. to license toys and games, based on the loveable character Muffin the Mule, in the United Kingdom.
