(DSI) and its representative William Brandt, the liquidator responsible for managing the disposal of inventory and assets owned and managed by Capital Coin in Ohio and its principal Thomas Noe. That dispute relates to a contract between Spectrum Numismatics, an Escala Group company, and an affiliate of Capital Coin to supply coins to that fund managed by Mr. Noe.
