Valentine's Day is the day when the most flowers are being sent throughout the world. Close to half of all the orders that are delivered by EuroFlorist on the 14th of February are red roses, but tulips are becoming increasingly popular as well as mixed bouquets in which roses are included as one of several kinds of flowers.
At Valentine's Day, seven out of ten bouquets of flowers are sent by a man. During the rest of the year it is the opposite when women are accountable for 64 percent of all flower orders.
