Tricell Announces Record US$5 Million Profit and US$383 Million Revenue for First Quarter of 2006.

Tricell Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TCLL), announced record quarterly profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Profit for this quarter was US$5,007,009, as compared to a net loss of US$87,108 for the same quarter last year. This represents an increase of 5848%. Tricell also generated revenue of US$383.5 million for the three months ended March 31, 2006 as compared to US$56.3 million for the same period in 2005, which is a 582% increase. The increase in revenues is the result of our expanded trading operations, which since June 30, 2005, includes the operations of our wholly owned subsidiary, Ace Telecom.
