PRA International Names Kent Thoelke Head of Global Product Development Services; Steve Powell to Lead Data Management in Europe.

PRA International (Nasdaq: PRAI), a leading global clinical research organization, has named Kent Thoelke Vice President and Head of Global Product Development Services. In this role, Mr. Thoelke will lead a team of high-level consultants advising pharmaceutical and biotech clients on product development and lifecycle management strategies, including feasibility analysis.
PRA also announced the appointment of Steve Powell as Vice President, Data Management, for the company's Swansea, Wales facility, one of four global data management centers. The others are in: Victoria, British Columbia; Lenexa, Kansas (US); and Pune, India.
