LUXEMBOURG, November 6 /PRNewswire/ -- In accordance with the Arcelor Mittal Group accounting policies, the joint ventures are accounted for under the equity method as of 1st January 2006. These accounting policies replace the proportionate method implemented as at 1st January 2006.
