Acting "dishonorably and unlawfully," Edgar Bronfman Jr. reneged on a promise to compensate a key business advisor who conceived the US$2.6-billion acquisition of Warner Music Group, according to a lawsuit filed Monday by Richard E. Snyder, the former CEO of Simon & Shuster.
