Hilton International Pilots Pan-European eSourcing With BravoSolution.

LONDON, September 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Hilton International has successfully completed an eSourcing pilot project as part of a move to achieve greater collaboration and savings across its global procurement. The pilot was run on an eSourcing platform provided by Bravosolution, one of Europe's leading providers of eSourcing software and services, and included elements such as Low Cost Country Sourcing (LCCS), eTendering and eAuctions.
The strategic decision to trial eSourcing was taken to drive cost and productivity initiatives. To this end Hilton identified a requirement to procure over 10 million paper napkins and 7 million paper placemats for pan-European sites, which were seen as 'quick win' items.
