Debevoise Advises the Private Equity Investment Team of ABN AMRO Capital on its Spinout From ABN AMRO Bank NV.

LONDON, October 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Debevoise advised the private equity investment team of ABN AMRO Capital in its buyout of the management company from ABN AMRO Bank N.V. The management company was responsible for overseeing ABN AMRO Bank N.V.'s private equity investments in the UK and northern Europe. The former ABN AMRO Capital management team, which was renamed AAC Capital Partners, will now independently manage the current EUR1.1 billion portfolio.
Debevoise also advised AAC Capital Partners on the formation of AAC Capital NEBO Fund LP, a EUR2 billion private equity fund which was initially seeded with a commitment from ABN AMRO Bank N.V.
