NOTICE is hereby given by Samsonite Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), that it is offering to purchase any and all of the outstanding 8 7/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2011 of the Company (the "Notes") at a Purchase Price equal to 101.000% of the principal amount of the Notes, or US$1,010 per US$1,000 principal amount of Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest to but excluding December 12, 2007 (the "Payment Date").
