As a worldwide financial institution they focus on consumers, commercial customers, and worldwide multinationals, financial institutions, and private clients.
ABN AMRO's Facility Management Services (FMS) has been using a custom-built FM software package for several years to coordinate operations with external parties. Since the existing application was highly customised it often took exceedingly long to modify or to add new functionality.
