MADRID, Spain, December 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Transamerica Reinsurance has expanded its operations into Southern Europe, with the opening of a branch in Madrid, Spain. The office is responsible for developing reinsurance opportunities throughout the region, particularly within the countries of Spain, Portugal and Italy.
The five-person office includes Louis Lavaste, Senior Advisor; Pierre-Yves Bertin, Director of Southern Europe and General Manager of the Spanish Branch; Adela Vico, Pricing Actuary; Paula Garcia, Underwriter; and Pilar Menendez, Executive Assistant.
