Fried Frank Appoints New Partner in Hong Kong.

Fried Frank announced today that William Yoo has joined the Firm's Asia practice, resident in Hong Kong. William specializes in both real estate equity and debt transactions and corporate finance. His real estate work includes structuring equity investments for off-shore investors. William has worked extensively with banks, financial institutions, private equity funds and investors, both based in Asia and looking to expand into Asia. He joins from Paul Hastings, Tokyo.
