PARIS, March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Christine Lagarde, French Minister of the Economy, Finance and Employment and HervA[c] Novelli, French Secretary of State for Companies and Foreign Trade have appointed Thierry Morin, Chairman & CEO of Valeo, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the INPI (French National Institute for Industrial Property).
