A.O. Smith Water Products Co. has awarded scholarships of $2,000 to 10 undergraduate students. This is the third year that the company has sponsored the scholarship program for its Professional Contractor Association.
Scholarship recipients for 2002 are:
* Emily Braun, daughter of Terrence and Joan Braun of Fond du Lac, Wis. She is a sophomore at Michigan Technological University with a major in biomedical engineering.
* Angie Fischer, daughter of Leonard and Beth Fischer of Miller, S.D. She is a junior at South Dakota State University, majoring in early childhood education.
* Nathan Goodell, son of Jay and Barb Goodell of Mantua, Ohio. He is a sophomore at Ohio State University with a major in animal science.
