What do Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Zoot Enterprises have in common? Starwoods Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. is one of the world's leading hotel and leisure companies, with such landmark names as Sheraton, St. Regis and Westin under its ownership and operation in some 80 countries. Zoot Enterprises is a 14-year-old technology company based in Bozeman, Idaho. With around 100 employees, Zoot develops and sells standard-setting financial software that enables instant credit decisioning and bank loan origination systems. The two companies could not be more different-except for one thing.
