PROJECT OVERVIEW:
UAE-based EMAAR PROPERTIES PJSC is currently gearing-up to build a commercial complex in Hyderabad, India. Construction plans under consideration call for building: - A 300-room hotel; - A convention center with an initial capacity of 3,000 to be
sited adjacent the Hitex exhibition center. However, this
facility is expected to be later expanded to 5,000; - An 18-hole golf course to be located at Manikonda. The course
will have a 50-room boutique hotel as well as 600 housing units
including villas and apartments.
