SINGAPORE: Construction contract award for planned $183,000,000 residential towers, BOUYGUES CONSTRUCTION [France] - Order #: 022505.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

France-based BOUYGUES CONSTRUCTION was recently awarded a construction contract to build what is claimed to be Singapore's highest residential towers. According to the terms of the award, BOUYGUES will be responsible for building the Sail@Marina Bay towers, at the ocean's edge.

Construction plans call for building towers incorporating 71 and 63 floors that will comprise: - 1,111 luxury units; - 3 swimming pools; - 2 tennis courts; - A parking lot.

As things currently stand, construction is under way. The cost to complete the real estate development project, by the first quarter of 2008, has been estimated at about $183,000,000.
