PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Domestic demand for natural gas has been steadily rising. As a result, the local KOREA GAS CORP. (KOGAS) is now gearing-up to expand its liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant.

The cost to complete the planned upgrade project has been pegged at $305,000,000.

KOGAS, a state-owned company, employs a total staff of 2,700. It is engaged in the production and supply of natural gas as well the construction and operation of production facilities and distribution networks in addition to the import LNG.
