PITTSBURGH, Aug. 25 (AScribe Newswire) -- Caterpillar Inc., the world's leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines and industrial gas turbines, is strengthening its support of Carnegie Mellon University's Red Team to help them win the DARPA Grand Challenge on Oct. 8, 2005, in the desert southwest.
