BMW, Renault and Delphi Sign Fuel Cell MOU.(Brief Article)

BMW, Renault and Delphi Automotive Systems recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU). The signatories will continue on a co-development agreement among the three companies to produce vehicles that use a solid-oxide fuel cell as auxiliary electric power for cars and trucks.

The MOU was signed by Burkhard Goeschel of BMW, Jose Maria Alapont of Delphi, and Pierre-Alain De Smedt of Renault at Delphi headquarters in Paris. The three companies are expected to reach a co-development agreement within the next 60 to 90 days.
