Honda Motor Company recently announced that it has developed a four-seater fuel cell vehicle. Additionally, Toyota Motor Corporation announced that it will soon market a hybrid minivan.
Honda said that the FCX-V3 has developed a motor that is about 25 percent lighter and offers almost 22 percent more power than its two-seater version which was released last fall. Honda said that rising oil prices and the environmental benefits of fuel cell vehicles will create the opportunity for fuel cell vehicles (FCVs) to become the main alternative to internal combustion engines in the coming decades.
