Seattle, WA-based car-sharing company Flexcar recently announced it has placed a Toyota Prius hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) at the headquarters of the Vancouver Housing Authority (VHA) in Vancouver, WA under a partnership with VHA and the city of Vancouver aimed at "[increasing] mobility options for VHA staff as well as residents in Vancouver's Uptown neighborhood."
According to Flexcar, the HEV, which was delivered as part of a "sustainable transportation incentive package" through Vancouver's GreenFleet program, is available for use by VHA staff during business hours and other Flexcar members the remainder of the day.
