Terra Networks Mexico Seen Teaming With Telefonica Mobile Acquisitions.

Terra Networks Mexico, the local subsidiary of Spanish-owned Terra Lycos, is preparing to win more loyal users for its horizontal portal by offering new products and services to web surfers, according to a report in Mexican financial daily El Economista. Among the new products Terra is launching are online disks and an Internet call-waiting option that allows users with a single telephone line to stay online while fielding telephone calls, El Economista business columnist Tomas de la Rosa reported.
