Chief Banker Says 'Good Reform' Must Be Passed Soon.

The Finance minister's new fiscal reform package that will be presented to Congress "will include a lot of suggestions from the different actors participating in its elaboration," and must be passed soon, said Mexican Banker's Association Chairman Hector Rangel Domene. What is necessary is "good reform," that complies with fundamental elements, he said. The question now is which is the good reform: the one proposed by President Vicente Fox, the parties' or the state governors'.
