Mexican Kidnappings Of Businesspeople Increasing: Armor Holdings.

Increasing crime in Mexico is leading businesspeople to step up private security. According to information received from its Mexican business clients, the crime rate in Mexico, particularly in kidnappings, has increased drastically over the past five months, said Armor Holdings President Jonathan M. Spiller. Mexican kidnappers tend to concentrate on businesspeople, said Spiller, because their families are more able and willing to pay high ransoms, said Spiller.
