Spanish investments continue growing.

Spanish investments in Mexico are increasing with the acquisition of companies in strategic sectors. Between them Banco Santander Central Hispano (BSCH) and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) control 20% of the Mexican financial sector; Gas Natural, Uni?n Fenosa, Repsol,
esa and Iberdrola are the most important private companies in energy generation and distribution, while Telef?nica M?viles has a strong presence in the telecommunications sector.The Spanish Chamber of Commerce reported that Spanish capital in Mexico has increased 667% during the last five years. Of the total, some 37% is concentrated in the manufacturing sector, 36% in services and 2% in commerce.
