Xiaosong clears up conflict Mexico-China.

MEXICO CITY, Oct 28, 2002 (El Universal/Corporate Mexico by Internet Securities, Inc. via COMTEX) -- The Chinese government has stated that "if the Mexican government has any conflict with China regarding textiles or any other sector, both countries will resolve the differences in the World Trade Organization [WTO]," reported Yu Xiaosong, president of the Chinese International Promotion Council.
