MEXICO CITY, Nov 21, 2002 (Notimex/Corporate Mexico by Internet Securities, Inc. via COMTEX) -- Alcatel has presented the Mexican market with OminiTouch, contact center software optimized for IP telephone networks with technology powered by Genesys. The product is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises that seek to establish pre-integrated contact centers in a short periods at low costs.Alcatel said that OmniTouch offers companies IP technology with complete functions for advanced management in relations with clients.
