MEXICO CITY, Feb 11, 2003 (Cronica/Corporate Mexico by Internet Securities, Inc. via COMTEX) -- The director general of Pemex, Raul Munoz Leos, has warned Congress that the short supply of natural gas will affect various industries, including the electricity sector.Appearing before the Third Commission of the Permanent Commission of Congress to explain the reach of the Multiple Service Contracts (CSMs), Munoz Leos defended their legality and said that the country would retain sovereign rights over any natural resources, despite the participation of the private sector.
