Mexico and U.S. strengthen environmental cooperation.

MEXICO CITY, Jul 31, 2003 (Notimex/Corporate Mexico by Internet Securities, Inc. via COMTEX) -- Mexico and the United States reached an agreement Wednesday to establish new environmental cooperation and sustainable rural development programs.
