Harris Bank, Chicago, plans to open a consumer lending center in Rolling Meadows, Ill., centralizing employees from a dozen different locations around Chicagoland. The new center will be at 3800 Golf Rd., with operations beginning there in August.

The new facility will bring together all of Harris Bank's central support staff for the consumer lending business. These include the units that currently support the bank's mortgage, home equity and auto lending businesses. In all, nearly 300 employees will occupy approximately 67,000 square feet of space in the building.
