Thor Systems Inc., Larksville, Pa., "The Helper of Roofers," announced receipt of a Notice of Allowance from the United States Patent and Trademark Office stating that the claims in the Thor patent application for roofing layout tapes are allowable and will issue as a U.S. Patent in due course.
The patent application is directed to roofing layout tapes that provide a new way of installing roofing shingles and other related construction materials. The patent covers a variety of layout processes and can be made specific to any application requiring a grid system for proper installation.
