ABC supply agrees to purchase 29 Cameron Ashley distribution centers. (Industry News).(ABC Supply Co. Inc.)(Cameron Ashley Building Products Inc.)(Brief Article)

ABC Supply Co. Inc., Beloit, Wis., and Cameron Ashley Building Products Inc., Greenville, S.C., jointly announce that the two companies have entered into a definitive agreement for ABC Supply to purchase 29 CABP distribution centers. These centers are located in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Mountain and Western regions. The sites included in the agreement are all "one-step" distribution centers that sell roofing, siding and related exterior building products directly to professional contractors. The terms of the agreement are not disclosed.
